Pothos ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a gentle task planner designed for people with ADHD and anyone who experiences productivity-tool burnout. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy — just as our App is built on the principle of acceptance without judgment, our data practices are built on the principle of collecting as little data as possible.
Pothos does not require registration or login. All your task data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not transmit your personal content to any server.
This Privacy Policy explains what information (if any) is collected, how we handle it, and what rights you have. By using Pothos, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

This data is collected and managed by Apple, not by us. We may access anonymized, aggregated crash reports through Apple's App Store Connect analytics to fix bugs. We cannot identify individual users from this data. You can disable this in your iOS Settings at any time.
